Protection Policy
Effective Date: This policy takes effect on the
date it is published on the Fatcats app.
1. Promoter Terms & Responsibilities
- Any
customer may become a voluntary promoter by sharing Fatcats products or
offers with others.
- Promoters
are not employees, agents, or partners of Fatcats.
- No
joining fee, subscription, or investment is required to become a
promoter.
- Cashback
is earned only on verified product purchases made by
referred users.
- No
reward is given for referring inactive users or users who do not make
purchases.
- Earnings
vary based on product category and promotional structures and are not
guaranteed.
- Promoters
must not misrepresent income potential or misuse referral
tools.
- Fatcats
reserves the right to terminate promoter privileges in case of fraud,
misrepresentation, or violation of platform rules.
2. Cashback Withdrawal Policy for Minors
- Users
under 18 may sign up and make purchases with parental consent.
- Withdrawal
of cashback is strictly limited until the user:
- Turns
18 years old, and
- Submits
a valid PAN card linked to their account.
- Until
eligibility is met, cashback earnings will be held securely in the user’s
account.
- All
cashback is subject to TDS as per applicable laws.
3. How Cashback Works
- Cashback
is earned only on verified purchases of products listed
on the Fatcats app.
- Additional
cashback may be credited from system-assigned or directly referred
customers’ purchases.
- No
cashback is granted for referrals alone or signups without actual
purchases.
- Cashback
amounts vary by product, category, and structure. They are not
fixed or guaranteed.
- Customers
must declare cashback as income, where required.
- Full
cashback history, withdrawals, and TDS deductions are available under the
Wallet section of the app.
Disclaimer: Fatcats does not operate an MLM,
pyramid, or money circulation scheme. Rewards are given solely for promoting
products and resulting purchases—not for sign-ups or recruitment. All activity
is governed by Indian e-commerce and tax laws.
4. Further Legal & Transaction Terms
- All
transactions, pricing, deliveries, and warranties are direct
contractual obligations between Buyer and Seller. Fatcats provides
only the payment gateway and communication platform and is not
liable for delivery failures, product issues, damages, or service
delays.
- Payment
facility is a technological service, not a financial product. Fatcats
is a neutral facilitator using authorized gateways and infrastructure.
- Buyers
agree to pay the transaction price via their bank or payment gateway.
Refunds will follow Indian Rupees only.
5. Buyer Eligibility & Protection Program
- Only
Buyers who have purchased the product on Fatcats are eligible.
- Buyers
can file disputes within 45 days from the date of
delivery.
- Damage
or loss after delivery is the Buyer's responsibility.
- Buyers
must attempt to resolve issues with Sellers first before raising a
dispute.
- Maximum
5 claims per Buyer per year; coverage limited to ₹50,000 per
year.
- Fraudulent
claims, chargebacks, blacklisted/blocked users, or buyer remorse are not
covered.
- Fatcats
may suspend, block, or disqualify users who file false or
misleading claims.
- Decisions
made under Buyer Protection are final and binding.
Disputes via Chargeback
- CB
types include: Item not received, Unauthorized CB, Item not as described.
- Seller
is responsible for issuing correct invoices stating "Powered by Fatcats".
6. Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Item
returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Item
must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with packaging
and accessories.
- Proof
of purchase required.
- Certain
products (perishable, personal care, custom-made, digital) are non-returnable.
Refund Process:
- Initiate
Request: Email admin@fatcats.store or use Contact Us
page.
- Return
Item: Follow instructions; Buyer may bear return shipping unless Fatcats/Seller
error.
- Refund
Approval: Inspection confirms eligibility.
- Refund
Issuance: Processed within 7 business days to
original payment method.
Exchange Policy:
- Only
defective, damaged, or wrong items are eligible.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders
can be canceled within 24 hours of placing.
7. 30-Day Replacement Guarantee
- Buyers
may request replacement for defective or damaged products within 30 days.
- Replacement
is subject to stock availability.
- Products not
eligible: Misuse, accidental damage, used consumables, missing
packaging/accessories, custom-made items, non-warranty defects.

8. Intellectual Property & Infringement
- All
content on the Website belongs to Fatcats or respective IP owners.
- Sellers
must have authorization to upload content.
- Users/Buyers/Sellers
must not infringe IP rights.
- Infringement
complaints follow Fatcats Infringement Verification Process (FIVP).
- Notices
must include trademark/copyright ownership proof.
- Legal
disputes fall under the High Court of Hyderabad, Telangana.
9. Limits, Security, and Compliance
- Fatcats
may impose transaction limits or screen for fraud.
- Suspicious
activity may delay processing; law enforcement may be notified.
- Buyer
and Seller must comply with FEMA, IT Act, Income Tax Act, Customs
Act, PMLA, FCRA, Export-Import Policy.
10. Miscellaneous
- Profanity,
threats, spoof emails, spam, or off-platform transactions are prohibited.
Violations may lead to account suspension or cancellation.
- Fatcats
does not endorse third-party websites linked via API or other affiliates.
- Limitation
of liability: Fatcats is not responsible for indirect or
consequential damages.
- Indemnity:
Users must indemnify Fatcats for legal claims arising from
violations.
- Applicable
Law: Governed by Indian law.
- Jurisdiction: Hyderabad,
Telangana, India.

Fatcats Refund & Replacement Policy
Effect Date: 10/09/2025
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The
item must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The
item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with
all packaging, manuals, accessories, and free gifts.
- Proof
of purchase (order receipt or confirmation email) is required.
Note: Certain products are non-returnable,
including:
- Perishable
goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate
or hygiene products
- Custom-made
or personalized items
- Downloadable
software or digital products
- Items
marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

eligibility.
2. Refund Process
- Initiate
a Return Request:

- Provide
order details, item info, and reason for return.
- Return
the Item:
- You
will receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Return
shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a Fatcats/Seller
error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Refund
Approval:
- Fatcats
will inspect the returned item and notify you of approval or rejection.
- Refund
Issuance:
- Approved
refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds
will be credited to your original payment method.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected
period:
- Check
your bank or payment method for pending transactions.
- Contact
your bank or credit card company.
- If
still unresolved, contact admin@fatcats.store for
assistance.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges
are only available for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered
items.
- Contact admin@fatcats.store with
your order details to request an exchange.
5. Replacement Guarantee
- Replacement
is available for products damaged, defective, missing parts, or
wrong items received.
- Buyers
must request replacements within 10 days of delivery.
- Replacement
items will be shipped after the original item is returned.
- If
the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
- Shipping
and associated costs for replacement are borne by the Seller.

6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders
can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After
24 hours, the order will be processed for shipping and cannot be cancell;ed.

7. Buyer Responsibilities
- Return
items in the same condition they were received.
- Ensure
returns are shipped safely.
- Buyers
are responsible for damages or loss after delivery.

- Refunds,
replacements, and cancellations are subject to verification and
Fatcats’s final approval.
Fatcats is an e-commerce platform facilitating the sale
of goods and services from independent third-party sellers to customers. We do
not charge any joining fee, registration fee, or commissions for recruitment.
All cashback/rewards are given only on confirmed product purchases and after
applicable taxes (including TDS).
